Provide expertise and technical support as well as consultation services at Indiana University. interact with Bookstore clients, departments, faculty, staff and students. Provide leadership, establish store priorities and strive to meet priorities using problem solving skills. Identify and keep current with technology trends and advise departments of future educational needs. Implement departmental policies, utilize departmental resources effectively and efficiently, design, develop, maintain software tools and customer database for tracking and records. Supervise computer connection employees including staff scheduling, budgeting, future planning, and implement cost measures which will maximize bookstore profits. Design and develop customized purchase orders, entry and retrieval systems.
